In this beginner program, you will focus on mastering the 5 Fundamental Kettlebell Exercises: Squat, Swing, Press, Clean, and Turkish Get-Up. You will focus on repetition with a single kettlebell while expanding your movement library to help increase your kettlebell awareness, strength, depth, mobility, and muscle. This program is designed to build a solid foundation to your kettlebell training and progress you to more advanced movements later in your fitness journey. You can expect to use a few extra materials such as bands, pull-up bar, and boxes, however all of which can be substituted if necessary.
